Nature
Water, leaves, wings and organic structures offer a language of rhythm and movement, translated into lines and relief.
About / SAN ATELIER
An independent metalwork studio exploring the space between jewelry, sculpture and personal objects.
Rooted in hand engraving and traditional metalwork, SAN ATELIER draws from Eastern culture, nature and mythology to make objects with a presence of their own.

At the workbench — tools, materials and the marks of making.
Behind the work
SAN ATELIER begins with close observation: a line worn into an old object, the movement of water, a fragment of ornament. These details become starting points for work that feels both familiar and unexpected.
The maker’s attention moves between drawing, shaping and working the surface. An idea may become a cuff, a pendant, an engraved panel or an object that belongs to no single category.
The intention stays the same: to make something worth looking at closely, and worth keeping.
Our philosophy
“An object can carry a story without explaining it. Sometimes a line, a texture or a small detail is enough.”

Sources of inspiration
Water, leaves, wings and organic structures offer a language of rhythm and movement, translated into lines and relief.
Traditional ornament, ancient objects and symbolic forms become a starting point for contemporary interpretations.
Mythic creatures and imagined worlds create room for ambiguity: objects that suggest a story and leave space for your own.

The studio practice
We value the marks that connect an object to the hand that made it. Texture is not simply decoration; it records decisions, repeated gestures and the resistance of a material.
Working across silver, gold details, leather and mixed media allows each idea to find its own form.
